WHAT IS A DISCOVERY SESSION?
A discovery session is an opportunity to find out if you and I could be a good fit for one another. As much as I would like to say that I can help everyone out there, I really can’t and I want to be as up front and honest about that as I can. I will use our discovery session to help us determine whether or not your needs are a good fit for my coaching. We will take time to discuss your current nutritional goals, past experiences and what are you looking to gain from working with me.
My goal will be to have you leave the session with;
– Clear and specific written goals
– Step-by-step action plan
– Increased awareness
– Renewed energy and excitement to grow and expand
– Increased motivation to reach those goals
I also promise that if I feel that we are not a good fit that I will do my best to point you in the right direction of who I think may be able to better help you with your needs.
