A day in the life of a 21 day Transformational Cleanse!
This is a sample day of my 21 Day Transformational Cleanse. Recipes that are delicious, but work hard for you too. They are designed to help you have;

Recipe 1: Tropical Tango Toxin Buster
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 serving Designs for Health PaleoCleanse Powder or your choice of protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 cup of cubed mango or pineapple
- ¼ cup of Coconut Milk
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend for two minutes to ensure ingredients are properly mixed and enjoy with a smile!
Recipe 2: The New & Improved Chopped Salad
Servings: 2
Salad Ingredients:
- 1 head of romaine, chopped
- 1 medium shallot, thinly sliced
- ½ avocado, cubed
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 handful raw sunflower seeds
- 1 carrot, sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 mint leaves, minced
Optional: ½ c of cooked high quality protein
Dressing Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl
Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients and pour on top of the salad
Toss with your hands to reconnect with the beautiful energy in the food before using it to feed your soul!
Recipe 3: Crunchy Southwestern Ensalata
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ red onion, minced
- ½ avocado, cubed
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 handful pine nuts
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Optional: ½ c of cooked high quality protein
Directions
Mix the cabbage, tomato, onion and avocado in a large bowl.
In another bowl mix 1 tbsp olive oil with pine nuts + sea salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a large skillet and add oiled pine nuts.
Lightly brown them (about 4 minutes) and put on top the salad.
Whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, sea salt and pepper and pour over salad. Optional: ½ c of cooked high quality protein
