It’s time to approach dieting from a completely new perspective because let’s be honest ladies is it ever just about the diet? It’s time to accept the truth and know that losing weight or recovering from a health problem needs to incorporate the deeper issues that are the cause of our weight or illness. Emotional based issues like self-acceptance, stress levels, fear, sadness and all that other fun shit that we love to look at!
We need to dive deeper into underlying medical problems like hormone imbalance A.K.A. emotional train wreck syndrome, digestive issues (farting, burping, bloating, pooping), metabolism (how fast are you able to burn up those fat stores). All of these things and more play a huge factor in our weight and how we feel on a day to day basis.
You have to stop looking for the next pill and the next quick fix diet because that ain’t the problem if it was we would be all skinny and feel amazing!
My aim is to coach clients to reach goals instead of dreaming about them, and those objectives can include weight loss, recovering from digestive issues, hormone balancing, lifestyle change, stress management and whatever else that we discover is stopping you from reaching your full potential in life.
I will be fully dedicated to seeing you succeed at your goals: to have more energy, reach your ideal weight, sleep better, improve your concentration and focus, stabilize your moods, up your performance, and to deal with your health history and any therapeutic issue that you may be facing.

Our initial 75 minute session will consist of a full intake form where you will tell me all about your greatest desires and biggest challenges. We’re going to sit down with a cup of tea and go over everything I could possibly need to know.
You’re going to share all the fun stuff with me like;
We are going to discuss your current lifestyle, levels of happiness, levels of stress, if you have a self care practice (if you wonder what that is then right there is your first issue at hand). I’m going to ask what you eat in a day and then what you really eat in a day (like that pint of ice cream).
I am going to listen without judgement and probe gently, and possibly give you a slap upside the head and find out exactly where it is we need to begin in order to start you on your new path. If I decide to keep you and not throw you back out to the quick fix diet gurus and you decide I’m the one for you…. then we roll on, girl!
Next comes the fun part – I will create you a unique program, including a meal plan with recipes chosen just for you and your needs. Then it’s up to you to do it!
After that we will decide together what else we need to do to keep you moving forwards and we commit to doing it! Easy peasy right?

FOLLOW UP VISITS
Follow up visits are 30-60 minutes $45-$90 depending on what we decide is appropriate for you.
