I am excited to be on this journey with you for the next three weeks! This course is going to help you determine what it is YOU need to lose weight and optimize your hormone health!

We are told we have to calorie count, over exercise and use willpower in order to succeed in any diet. But when you find the right foods for your body and you balance your hormones…suddenly weight loss gets EASY! YES, it is possible for it to be easy!

Does it happen overnight like so many programs promise you it will? NO so be prepared to pay attention and take action in the next few weeks. Learning what your body needs to lose weight takes some time and some investigation.

Look at it his way, you can keep searching for a quick fix solution to your problems, continue to age and the hormones will get worse as will the symptoms like weight gain. Or you can choose to do something about it! Signing up for this program was the first step towards doing something about it so congratulations!

BUT I will be honest with you, that was the easiest part so get ready to do the real work so you can take back control of your body!
