Welcome to OnTrack
Phase 1 overview:
During your first month in the OnTrack group we learn how to eat in order to balance our hormones and lose weight. Each week has a new goal for you to learn or incorporate into your life. In phase 1 you will learn:
- what is the HMR plan and why it works so well
- how to navigate the meal plan and make substitutions
- what is intermittent fasting and why it works for weight loss
- how to properly fast
- how to set your intentions for month 1
Course content for phase 1 is available immediately and can be reviewed in your own time. You will also be receiving an email each week with the course outline for that particular week.
