- 2 cups / Coleslaw Mix
- 2 / Egg (Boiled, chopped)
- 2 tbsps / Mayonnaise
- 2 tsps / Ground Mustard
- 2 tsps / Capers (chopped)
- 2 tsps / Dill (chopped)
- 2 tbsps / Green Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp / Sea Salt & Black Pepper (or to taste)
- 2 / Stevia Drops (optional)
- 1/8 tsp / Paprika (a pinch)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. A slice of bacon on top would also be great.
