Easy Crack Slaw (AIP, Keto and Paleo)
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 3 cups Cabbage, chopped
- 2 Carrots, grated
- 1 medium Onion, Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (omit for AIP)
- 1 tsp Burger seasoning (or salt free all-purpose seasoning mix)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 package Shirataki Rice (like Zeroodles or Miracle Noodle brand. For AIP make sure there is no oat fibre)
Directions
- Sauté beef until brown. Add onions and garlic.
- Add chopped cabbage and grated carrot. Add seasoning, Worcestershire and salt to taste.
- Prepare shirataki rice as per package instructions. Stir into mixture and cook for another 5 min.
- Sauces that complement well are siracha, hot sauce or coconut aminos.
