Loved the insight on sustaining weight and understanding that it is difficult to get back to our 20’s weight (135). I have struggled with hormone issues now for over 10 years and doctors have not been helpful. They tell me it’s all due to menopause. They don’t agree with hormone testing. I am so very frustrated as I was able to maintain a good weight of 150lbs for years after having my 3rd child (age 30) and now I cannot get below 175 (past 4 yr) at age 54. I am at a loss for what to do next.
