Women are seeing a rapid rise in obesity, hormone dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, digestive issues, depression, anxiety, fatigue and low sex drive! Over the past 15 years in my health practice almost every woman I’ve met has one or more of the symptoms above and after working with thousands of women and researching my own health issues, I realized there were four main pillars of health that were essential for women to address in order to regain their health.

Everything from plastic items, house hold cleaning products, pesticides, nutrient deficiencies, birth control pills, leaky gut, pregnancy, sugar and much more are constantly putting a stress on our hormones. Women have been taught to value their worth on how much they can do in a day (I call it the Wonder Woman Syndrome). Holding down a job five days a week whilst simultaneously raising children, cleaning a house, cooking, working out and maintaining a relationship is not only expected, but the “norm” for many women.Unfortunately this is far from normal for our bodies.
