Isn’t it time we did summer different?
Are you sick of jumping on the scales in September, astonished at the number you see and ready to leap back into the cycle of weight loss before Christmas? It’s summer after all – and summer is for having fun and not being super strict.The reality is – we make these justifications because it’s summer (just like we do around Christmas time) but always feel disapointed when our clothes start getting tighter and we feel heavier. It definitely doesn’t have to be that way. Maybe it is time to do summer different.

This doesn’t mean giving up everything you love about summer eating & drinking… but with some smart modifcations and some diet “hacks” I can guarentee that you will enjoy the fresh taste of summer but not be wishing you’d reached for that extra hotdog!

I have struggled with my weight my whole adult life, going through ups and downs and ups and ups. Nothing ever seemed to work for me and my weight continued to rise. I was hungry all the time and had no will power. I started the 30 Day Reboot in January with no great expectations but willing to give it an honest effort. I felt the program was reasonably priced and it was a completely different way of eating. Proteins and fats were never prominent in my eating plan. The biggest reason for the success was because I never felt hungry and the recipes were delicious. The weight started to drop off and in 6 weeks I was down 16 lbs. I contnued on with the plan and have lost 22 lbs. The last couple of months have been a struggle as summer is always challenging, but I am holding my own and looking forward to doing the Do Summer Different program.
