The four keto diet types. This is crucial to know for the future of your success on the keto diet! If you have been following a keto diet for a while and not getting the results that others have then you can begin implementing this NOW!
Your results of the hormone quiz will help you determine which keto type is best for you at this time. If you are new to keto, you will want to continue with the meal plan for at least 3 weeks and then you can determine if you need to try one of the other keto types mentioned.
How to test your hormone’s. Get familiar with all of the options you have when it comes to testing your hormones!
