  • Fasting for Females FAQ

    • Fasting helps you reduce calories and lose weight. The main reason that intermittent fasting works for weight loss, is that it helps you eat fewer calories. All of the different protocols involve skipping meals during the fasting periods.

    • I do not recommend fasting for anyone with a serious medical issue. It is always recommended to check with your health care provider before embarking on any type of fasting regime.

    • Carb cycling is a dietary approach in which you alternate carb intake on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. It is commonly used to lose fat, maintain physical performance while losing weight, or overcome a weight loss plateau.

    • Absolutely not! This program is completely FREE and will not require you to purchase anything. I offer paid programs for women who wish to continue receiving support after the 2 weeks is finished. This program is to help you get started on the right foot and discover if this is a good fit for you and your needs.

    • I do not offer any coaching via email for this program. However, you will have access to a form to fill out that allows you to ask your questions. These questions will be answered in our live Q&A in the private Facebook group. You are also welcome to post questions inside our Facebook group.
