Recipe: Paleo Korean Beef
This Easy Paleo Korean Beef recipe is fast, healthy, and delicious! Ready in under 20 minutes and only has 10 ingredients. It is also Whole30 and Paleo friendly. Replace the honey with erythritol to make Ketogenic. Remove the chilis, jalepeno and sesame seeds to make autoimmune friendly.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 jalapeno, chopped
2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon arrowroot
¼ teaspoon chili pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions:
In a bowl, mix pepper flakes, honey, turmeric powder, salt, coconut aminos, ginger garlic paste, and arrowroot. Keep aside.
