Persian Kebab Koobideh is one of the most popular kabobs you can find on the streets of Iran. These not only taste amazing but are simple to make and are Keto, Autoimmune, Paleo, and gluten free!
Serves: 8 Total Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 spring onions, grated and drained
3 lb. ground beef
¼ cup parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons mint
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions:
In a bowl, add the onions, beef, parsley, mint, minced garlic, cinnamon powder, and turmeric. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 8 long narrow cylinders.
Slide the cylinders onto skewers and keep aside.
Preheat the BBQ grill.
Place skewers on grill and cook for 5 minutes each side over medium heat or until meat is cooked.
Serve on cauliflower rice with homemade Tzatziki.
