Here are some techniques I use to help nourish my spirit

* Take a yoga class
* Take a break from TV, the Internet, and those gossip magazines and spend time at the beach or taking a long walk in nature to reconnect
* Visualize how I want my life to feel. From the way my home would smell to the emotions I would feel regularly. This helps to bring that positive energy into your life rather than wait until things change.
