Seed-nola
This is the perfect paleo or even keto granola recipe!- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Collagen Peptides
- 1 large Egg
- 3 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2-3 tbsp Unpasterized Honey ( or sugar free maple syrup)
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 raw Cashew, chopped (omit for nut free)
- 1/2 cup Hemp Seed
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Raisins (opt)
- Preheat the oven to 300. Prepare a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper
- Place the melted coconut oil, collagen, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and honey in a bowl ad whisk until combined well.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the rest of the ingredients. Pour the wet mixture over top and combine well to coat.
- Transfer the mixture onto the prepared pan. Bake for 30 min or until the edges become golden
- Break the granola into large clumps, flipping but keeping as in tact as possible. Return to the oven for another 15 min or until pieces are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool until completely cool before using.
- When cool, use with coconut cream and berries or enjoy as a crunchy snack!
