The following Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Midlife Solutions website, digital services, membership programs, and any related content, communication, or tools we provide. These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and together govern your relationship with Midlife Solutions.

In this document:

“Services” refers to the Midlife Reset / OnTrack membership program (including legacy OnTrack memberships) and any other programs, digital products, courses, medical programs, or resources offered by Midlife Solutions.

“Members,” “you,” and “your” refer to individuals who access, purchase, or use any of our Services.

“Site” or “Platform” refers to the Midlife Solutions website and any associated online platforms used to deliver our Services.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.

Midlife Solutions reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any new features, tools, products, or services added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.

Our Services

Midlife Reset / OnTrack (Legacy Membership)

Midlife Reset (formerly known as OnTrack) is an online membership program providing meal plans, nutritional guidance, educational resources, and group coaching related to midlife metabolism and hormone support.

The program is educational in nature and is not medical advice and not a substitute for individualized medical care. Always consult your physician before making changes to diet, exercise, supplements, medications, or lifestyle.

You are responsible for securing and maintaining the technology necessary to access the platform. We do not issue refunds for personal technical difficulties, including device, internet, or browser issues.

To register, you must provide a valid email address. Legacy OnTrack memberships may operate on auto-renewal (monthly, quarterly, or annual) according to the billing cycle selected. By enrolling, you authorize Midlife Solutions to charge your card at each renewal unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

All content provided by Karen Martel, Jessica Brennan, or any team member is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Third-Party Tools & Links

Our platform may provide access to third-party tools or external resources. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party services.

Any concerns regarding third-party products must be directed to the third party.

Payment & Refund Policy

MIDlife Solutions

Program Enrollment & Financial Responsibility Agreement

By enrolling in any Midlife Solutions program, including but not limited to:

  • Midlife Reset HRT Program

  • Peptide Optimization Program

  • Midlife Reset / OnTrack membership

you agree to the following:

1. Program Structure

A. Midlife Reset HRT Program

Midlife Reset HRT is a 12-month structured medical program providing physician oversight, laboratory analysis, and educational support.

The program is divided into 12 equal monthly installment payments. It is not a month-to-month subscription and may not be canceled without financial reconciliation of services rendered.

Enrollment includes:

  • Comprehensive laboratory testing

  • Physician consultation(s)

  • Ongoing clinical oversight

  • Educational program access

  • Administrative support

B. Peptide Optimization Program

Includes:

  • Physician evaluation

  • Prescription coordination

  • Ongoing monitoring

  • Administrative support

Prescription medications are dispensed through licensed third-party pharmacies and are billed separately unless otherwise specified.

2. Financial Responsibility

By enrolling, you acknowledge:

  • The program is a medical service agreement, not a subscription.

  • Monthly payments are installment payments toward the total program fee.

  • Payment authorization is required at enrollment.

  • The full program fee remains owed regardless of early withdrawal.

3. Services Rendered & Reconciliation

If you discontinue before the 12-month term:

  • A reconciliation of services rendered will be conducted.

  • You agree to pay the difference between:

    • The retail value of services provided (labs, consultations, processing, program access)

    • Payments made to date

If services rendered exceed payments made, a final invoice will be issued for the balance due.

If payments exceed services rendered, no refund will be issued.

Because peptide prescriptions are issued in 3-month treatment cycles, enrollment in the Peptide Program includes a 3-month minimum commitment for each prescription cycle.

After your initial 3 months are complete, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled anytime.

If a new prescription is issued by the physician, a new 3-month treatment cycle begins, which includes the next three monthly payments.

If you plan to pause or cancel your program, we recommend contacting our support team before your next prescription renewal so we can assist you.

No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect the time of our medical team and other patients waiting for appointments, we require advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you miss your scheduled appointment or fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Fee:
A $50 fee will be charged for all missed appointments or late cancellations.

This fee will be charged to the credit card on file before another appointment can be scheduled.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If an emergency arises, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Thank you for respecting our team’s time and helping us provide timely care to all patients.

4. No Refund Policy

All program fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, including but not limited to:

  • Laboratory testing once ordered

  • Physician consultations once completed

  • Prescription coordination once processed

  • Program access once granted

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Pharmacy & Prescription Disclaimer

Midlife Solutions does not manufacture or dispense prescription medications.

Patients are responsible for:

  • Pharmacy invoices

  • Shipping

  • Refills

  • Dose adjustments

Pharmacy charges are separate from program fees.

6. Medical Discretion

All prescribing decisions are made at the sole discretion of the licensed physician.

Enrollment does not guarantee:

  • Specific prescriptions

  • Specific dosages

  • Approval for hormone or peptide therapy

Clinical decisions are based on medical judgment and safety.

7. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks for services rendered.

In the event of a dispute, Midlife Solutions may provide this Agreement and clinical documentation to the payment processor. You remain responsible for unpaid balances, collection fees, and administrative costs.

8. Early Termination

You may request termination at any time; however:

  • Financial obligations for services rendered remain due.

  • Access to the program will be revoked.

  • Outstanding balances will be invoiced immediately.

Membership Billing (Midlife Reset / OnTrack Legacy)

All memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late cancellations

  • Failure to cancel

  • Failure to use the membership

  • Unused time

Legacy OnTrack memberships include a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchasers only, provided no bonus materials have been accessed. If bonus programs (valued $100–$500) are accessed, the guarantee becomes void.

The 14-day guarantee does not apply to:

  • Meal-plan-only memberships

  • Free or $1 trials

  • Renewals

OTC Products (Cosmetic Hormone Creams)

Midlife Solutions topical creams, oils, serums, and supplements are cosmetic or nutritional products only and are not prescription medications.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

We do not guarantee that products will:

  • Alter hormone levels

  • Replace prescription HRT

  • Provide therapeutic outcomes

Use is at your own risk. Consult your healthcare provider prior to use.

Third-Party Peptides & Prescription Products

Any acquisition of peptides or prescription medications through third-party vendors is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Midlife Solutions disclaims responsibility for:

  • Quality

  • Purity

  • Availability

  • Misuse

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midlife Solutions from any claims related to third-party product acquisition or use.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site and within Midlife Reset / OnTrack are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any materials without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Midlife Solutions and Karen Martel are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Data loss

  • Personal injury

  • Service interruption

  • Third-party claims

  • Unauthorized access

  • Product misuse

Use of the Site and Services is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Any disputes must be brought exclusively in British Columbia courts.
