I'm 58 and have been noticing all of the changes one goes through in menopause for a long time. I've noticed thinner tissue in the vaginal area, and even tiny tears in my tissue, just from gentle wiping even. I know the bottle says to use 3 pumps per application, but really, 1 pump is so generous and spreads so nicely over the tissue that I have just started with 1 pump at night with a little panty liner in my underwear. It's been 2 months and so far, so good. It's a lovely product and I know when I run out, I'll be purchasing more. Thank you so much!
I am 57 and 1 year post menopausal. I lightly rub in 1 pump nightly on face and neck. My skin is much more soft and silky. Felt the difference after couple nights
Highly recommend it
Goes on nicely, smells pretty. But have been using for 6 weeks (?), 4-7 pumps daily and just had my estradiol level drawn and it was 10 - so the cream isn’t raising my level at all. I also noticed that initially it minimized hot flashes and even that stopped. Not sure if the cream lost efficacy somehow…? Disappointing. Love the podcast and have learned so much.
Hi there, thank you so much for your honest feedback — and for listening to the podcast. I’m really glad the cream felt good on your skin, but I’m sorry to hear you’re not getting the results you were hoping for.
A little insight that might help:
4 pumps of the cream works out to about 0.25 mg of estradiol, which is a very gentle dose. For women with estradiol levels as low as yours (around 10), that amount often isn’t enough to create a measurable rise on labs or hold symptoms long-term. That’s not a sign that the product “lost efficacy” — the formula stays stable for at least two years — it’s simply that your body likely needs a higher concentration.
It’s also common in early use for symptoms to improve at first and then return. When you introduce estradiol, your body may temporarily “top up” naturally, but once it senses incoming estrogen, it can down-regulate the little production it had left. This is totally normal physiology — it just means you may need a stronger dose to get the full benefits.
For women with lower baseline levels, our Estrogen Vitality oil or Estro 2 Rejuvenation Cream tend to work much better because they’re more concentrated.
If you’d like to try one of those options, I’d be more than happy to give you a coupon code so you can give it a go at a discount. Just let me know — we’re here to help you feel your best.
Estro Vitality Pro Oil Drops Arrived quickly. It is easy to apply and feels like it Is mixed in a high quality oil that absorbs quickly. There is a sight graininess that disappears once you rub the oil in and I was expecting that, after reading the short instructions.
I’ve been using the Velvet V serum for about a month now. I use this externally and the Bezwhecken suppositories internally. I love the combo for keeping everything moist and sensitive. This product feels soft and luxurious and does not cause irritation (unlike the compounded cream I tried). Love it!
I have been using the Estro Vitality Renewal Cream for almost a year now. I found it and the Progesterone cream after searching for alternatives to prescription hormones that weren't a great fit. The cream is easy to apply and I believe it has helped me feel better in menopause. I am so thankful it's available!
I absolutely love the Estradiol Oil. I have Karen’s full
Line up and all of her products are top notch. I use 15 drops 2x daily on my inner arms and the bottle lasted 2.5months.
Love this so much! Helps me get the Progesterone I need, (recent bloodwork to show it) and the sleep benefits too! Definitely recommend!
It is a great product! It has helped with my sleep and the skin on my chest where I apply it is softer and smoother!
Knowing that progesterone is one of the first hormones to decline, I began using the Progest Calm to support my sleep and anxiety. I am always a little sad when I have to stop using it for the recommended amount of time and feel so much more peaceful during the time of the month I use it.
I have used a very small but on my face because I don’t have Progesterone yet and I was told not to use it without it. So I used a very small dab on my face just to try and I instantly felt strange. I’ve heard you can feel strange affects from estrogen cream almost immediately! I felt a bit nauseous and lightheaded. I’ve decided-to wait to use it again until I have more information on what hormones I need more of and less of! I do think using a cream like this needs more information and direction included with the product!
