Many women do not realize that their metabolism is under functioning. There are many things that can influence ones metabolism including yoyo dieting, chronic low carb diets and fasting, thyroid issues, adrenal dysfunction, infections and so much more. Without a proper functioning metabolism the body will not be able to lose weight and keep it off. In this interview I talk to metabolism expert Kate Deering. Kate for over 25 years has been involved in the health and fitness industry helping men and women of all ages achieve optimal health and wellness. Kate went from being a health fanatic who worked out for hours a day and constantly restricted her food. She looked great but felt awful and her health only continued to deteriorate. She realized she was doing everything wrong and went on a mission to heal her metabolism and find true health.
