I'm 67. I cut a 1 mg patch in 1/2, because it's less expensive and 1 mg creates breast tenderness for me. So, I supplement with the oil and it's perfect and so much easier than all the pumps of cream I would need. I am so grateful for this oil! It's awesome!

Really lovely high quality unscented (amen!) cream.
In a world of over perfumed estrogen/progesterone creams, this is a nice find. Has improved skin texture and creepy crepe skin. I use this as a cosmetic face base, and a pea size amount works wonders. Saw results immediately!
