
32 pounds down with balanced hormones!
I started my journey with Karen in February of 2021. I was at the highest weight I had ever been (even when I was pregnant). Nothing was working. I was eating healthy (a vegetarian) and working out. I was running marathons and doing what I thought was “good for me.”I am in my 5th year post menopausal and have been on bio-identical hormones for 6 years. I am hypothyroid and was on Levothyroxine for many years.
I was listening to Karen on an interview in a health and wellness conference and after listening to her, I decided it was time for me to start my health journey and I looked on her website. A day later, I joined OnTrack and hired Karen and will never look back.
Not only is Karen full of great information, she is personable, loving and a cheerleader. Karen has gotten me back on track, has helped me figure out what hormones I need to survive menopause and has gotten my thyroid working again. I have lost over 30 pounds since February and I LOVE her meal plans. Karen goes over and beyond to help and I am beyond thrilled to have her on my journey.
