
Reverse Dieting Success Story
This is an amazing success story form one of my OnTrack members Claudia."After listening to Karen talk about reverse dieting I wanted to share my journey. I have been reverse dieting since November of 2020, this is when I learned my hormones were out of whack. I love how I feel, I’m still in the process of loosing weight but I definitely feel my body re-compositioning. It was so scary at first to add more calories but when I started feeling more energized and simply had a better mood I realized I must be doing something right.
I am also on testosterone cream, Thyroid meds because like Karen pints out my low calorie diet was tanking my hormones and I’m also on progesterone. I had been extreme dieting since I was 22 and now 36 and I can’t believe all the damage I’ve caused but I’m working towards fixing my metabolism and I’m definitely feeling way better. I hope this is encouraging to somebody here. I eat lots of protein, organic eggs, grass fed beef from Costco and avoid dairy although I do love cheese. Feeding my body protein has helped with my sugar cravings too."
