When it comes to a weight-loss journey it’s oh-so-satisfying to see those numbers go down. BUT your weight is not the only thing you should be tracking. It is so important to your success to watch for non-scale victories and also have non-scale victories to work toward. In this episode, I have a candid conversation with my friend, business partner, and personal trainer Pam Sherman. Our society and especially women put a lot of emphasis on weight, and it can seem like you have spent a lifetime trying to lose those extra pounds.
Pam and I dive into why focusing on weight alone isn't the best thing to do and why it is important to have non-scale victories and goals.
We share our own non-scale victories that we have had from working with each other and some of our client's victories as well.
